About Us

Cunda Aşiyan Boutique Hotel welcomes its guests in Cunda, one of the most popular spots in Ayvalık. You can take a stroll through the historical streets of the island with the bicycles you will provide free of charge and discover the Greek architecture more closely. Parking is free for guests arriving with their private vehicles. For guests arriving without a vehicle, transportation to the island center and Ayvalık center is very easy. Laundry and room service services are provided for a fee.

There are 3 family rooms, 4 triple rooms and 4 double rooms at Cunda Aşiyan Boutique Hotel. Each of the rooms decorated with simple furniture has an orthopedic bed, LCD screen TV with satellite broadcasting, mini bar, hair dryer and air conditioning. There is also 24-hour hot water and a heating system for the winter season. The facility also offers baby beds and extra beds.

Many products such as tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers served in our breakfast at our Cunda Aşiyan Meat and Fish Restaurant on site are organically grown in our garden. In addition, olives and olive oil are produced under the brand of the facility.

Our hotel is located in a two-acre green area. Here you will feel like a part of nature and get away from daily stress. We started this journey with a 5-room guesthouse with only our smiling faces 6 years ago, and now we are here with our new 11-room facility.
